Booked a Superior King Room, yet found no large tub. just a regular old bathroom. plus, the lack of breakfast options was shocking. after such disappointment, it woudl ve been nice to at least receive an upgraded room, but alas, I was treated like one of the hotel’s many railroad employees.

The absence of breakfast facilities was shocking!!! I expected basic amenities like coffee cups and an ice bucket, neither of which were provided!!! The noise levels should be communicated better if railroad employees are the target audience.
